Rocki is amazing and we have had him out a few times times over the course of 11 years. He was able to fix this again! The wire cable broke on the side of the garage and our garage door opener kept pulling it up even though the cable was broke. It shouldn’t have done that. He adjusted the settings so it won’t do that again. Shows me some maintenence things to do with it to make it last longer. Great guy!
